Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders will be processed within 24 hours and ship the very next business day.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • We do NOT ship any automative glass.
  • We do offer pickup, we ask you provide your expected pick-up date so we may have it ready for you.
  • We do sell all BIG items such as hoods, decklids, or even differentials and transfer cases for pickup also.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • We do offer Expedited or Overnight shipping but keep in mind that does not mean same day processing.  
    • We will notify you upon the processing lead time for Expedited or Overnight requests and tracking will be supplied.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
    • Freight delivery may fluctuate depending on residential delivery, lift gate requirements, or even a scheduled appointment.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
    • Once it leaves our warehouse/dealership estimated delivery times can vary depending on the carrier or even weather conditions.  We are not liable for any delays.
  • We do offer Insured shipping through Extend shipping protection.  A damaged item claim would be submitted directly through Extend.
  • If you need to file a claim, please visit the Extend Customer Claims Portal or call the toll-free number at (877) 248-7707 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. If you have any additional questions about Shipping Protection, please visit the Extend Shopper’s Guide.  Extend will refund you for a lost item once you make the claim and it is submitted by you.  They will not allow us to make or submit a claim for you.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
